& booking conditionsThe prices are per room and day including the mentioned extras such as Nespresso service in the room, current newspapers, an evening treat, as well as free WIFI and, free use of the private spa with sauna and steam room. The local tax is not included.
Children’s discounts
Children from 0 to 3 years old are staying in the parents’ room for free. Please just let us know in advance if you’ll need a baby cot. Maximum occupancy per room: 2 adults and 1 child.
Children who will need their own bed are welcome to stay in the additional bedroom of our Suites and Deluxe Suites.
- 0 to 3 years: no additional charge
- 4 to 8 years: EUR 50. Only possible in the Suite or Deluxe Suite
- 9 to 15 years: EUR 80. Only possible in the Suite or Deluxe Suite
Cancellation policy
Best Flexible Rate: The reservation can be modified or cancelled free of charge until 2 days prior to arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, we will charge the amount of the first night.
Best Flexible Rate during the time of Festspiele Reichenau: The reservation can be modified or cancelled free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, we will charge the amount of the first night.
Non-refundable Rate: The reservation cannot be modified or cancelled.

Best Flexible Rate: To guarantee your booking, we ask for your credit card information including the expiration date. At the time of booking, we will make a pre-authorization on your given card and the money will be temporarily blocked to check the validity of the card. We will not charge anything in advance and you are welcome to pay upon check-out with Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card or cash.
Non-refundable Rate: The total amount will be charged upon reservation. This rate cannot be modified or cancelled.
