Your hostsHelena Ramsbacher designs unique hotels in enchanting places, and enjoys her hotels and their guests so much that she herself lives in them - in winter mostly at Hotel Tyrol Vienna, in summer at Hotel Lemongarden on Brač, the Knappenhof on the Rax or the Hotel Schloss Seefels on Lake Wörthersee. She loves fine fabrics and contemporary art, and is convinced that space and tranquility are the greatest luxuries.
Max Stiegl was once the youngest chef ever to be awarded a Michelin star. Today he has a total of six hats and was Gault Millau Chef of the Year in 2021. His restaurant Gut Purbach regularly wins national and international awards. And when Max is not in the kitchen, he cooks on German television or writes books.
